The Dilemma: Winners average 7 hearts, 7 people, and 8 income. How do you get there? And get there faster than your opponents?
It's a good idea to get investment buildings early on. Watch what your opponent is doing and play accordingly. If they are building cheap buildings fast to end the game early it might be a bad idea to go for slow investments for big cities.
