The Dilemma: Winners average 7 hearts, 7 people, and 8 income. How do you get there? And get there faster than your opponents?
- It's a good idea to get investment buildings early on.
- Watch what your opponent is doing and play accordingly.
- If they are building cheap buildings fast to end the game early it might be a bad idea to go for slow investments for big cities.
