Objective
The objective is for players to have the lowest value of the cards in front of them by either swapping them for lesser value cards or by pairing them up with cards of equal rank.
Setup
Option | Values | Description | |

4 | Arrange 6 dealt cards in 2x3 grid and flip 2 cards. Use 1 deck in 2/3/4/5-player and 2 decks in 6/7/8-player. Completing a full face up grid ends a round. | ||
9 | Arrange 9 dealt cards in a square and flip 3 cards. Use 1 deck in 2/3-player, 2 decks in 4/5/6-player and 3 decks in 7/8-player. Completing a full face up grid ends a round. | ||

Default selection
Six cards are dealt face down to each player in two rows and three columns:
🟔 🟔 🟔
🟔 🟔 🟔
Game play (6 card variant)
- Each player flips two of their cards face up.
- The player on the dealer's left starts.
- Players take turns drawing a single card from either the face down deck or the top card of the face up discard pile.
- If the card is swapped for one of the face down cards, the card swapped in remains face up.
- The round ends when a player (the "closer") has all their cards face up.
- Every other player has one more turn, after which all cards are turned face up.
Scoring
Card | ~ | , | |||
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Points | 1 | -2 | 3 ~ 10 | 10 | 0 |
- Add up all the values of face up cards.
- Any column or row of the same rank cancels out to zero.
Example
♠ ♠ ♥
♦ ♥ ♣
- The column of ♠♥ cancel out to zero.
- Kings are worth zero.
- This scores +4 (♦) -2 (♣) = 2 points.
- The player with the fewest points wins the round.
- The player with the fewest cumulative points from all rounds wins the game.
