I absolutely love this game! I have noticed a couple of key patterns when playing. During games where I score low, it’s because I have forgotten the following: 1. Prioritise bees and hummingbirds. 2. The scenario goals to score the dwellers can be useful to score a couple of extra points at the end. 3. When placing a dweller, forward plan. As soon as the dweller is down, that same space can’t be counted towards that dweller goal again. (If you are jammy enough to score two dwellers connected to the same goal on the same turn: place both of those dwellers on the same space). 4. Watch where you place: try not to make impossible squares for yourself where you block a colour. Water spaces can be helpful for this. 5. Think about how you are scoring your hummingbirds and aim to maximise by pollinating surrounding squares during separate turns. That way, there is an increased chance of scoring more hummingbirds.
