2. Always try to keep 2-3 coins in the bank. Missing a meal means missing 6 points, which is usually enough to cost you first place.

3. It's generally wise to hit as many stops as you can. Typically try not to "skip" more than 2-3 spots. Pick up any "free" spots between you and the next to last player. Even if it's not part of your strategy, it's still free points.

4. Donate at least 1 coin to the temple, the endgame bonuses are significant. Typically even 2-3 coins can get you 2nd place for 7 points. Typically 4-5 coins makes it too expensive to challenge someone for 1st place.

5. Panoramas can be tough to collect. You need: 3/5 Fields, 4/6 Mountains, and 5/7 Oceans.
