Continent Planning

• Aim to research 2 animals in 5 different continents. Multi-continent animals are flexible, you assign them at game end. An animal living in 3 continents is far more valuable than a single-continent one.
• Going for all 7 continents? Antarctica has very few animals. Once you land there, you can only leave with a Flight card or by studying to pay the flight cost yourself. Plan your exit in advance.

Scoring

• Omnivores are great for diet scoring, they count toward both diets at game end.
• Worldwide animals are gold. They help you win continent majority and complete the 5-continent goal.

Playing Against Opponents

• Track your opponents' continents. If they are on a continent with few habitats, discarding their cards hurts them badly.
• Watch out for rushing players. They can rush by landing in Asia (packed with animals) or by collecting 5 endangered animals.
