Cards are king. Before rolling, look at the available cards and check how many stars you need for the one you want. The best combination to score may not necessarily be the one that scores the most points. Scoring a pair over a 'full house' or even a 'yahtzee' may be the better option if it nets you the star/s you need to buy the card you want.
