Tips draftcider

There are four batches - Steady Height, Monochrome Batch, Apples of a Feather, and Unlucky Batch - that can each take as many cards as you wish to play, and will give more points for each additional card. As such, if you possibly can, pick one of these and contribute as many cards to it as you possibly can. They are listed in order from "easiest but fewest points" to "hardest but most points." Monochrome is a good starting pick: easy to keep the rules, but gives enough points to win.

Special Color Tree: Gives 20 points for a single apple; get this if you can, but try to leave it for late-game to ensure you won't be stuck dumping cards into the Bad Batch. (The last two cards on Feather and Unlucky both grant more points, but if you're at the 11th+ play on either you've won the game anyway.)

Steady Height gives 3 points for the first played card... _any_ card, without restrictions or further required plays.
