The Royal Game of Ur is one of the oldest board games in the world, with evidence of it being played by people who lived over 4500 years ago!

The computer rolls the 4 dice for you, scoring between 0 (miss a turn) and 4. You must then move one piece (by clicking on it) that number of spaces, if you can. Only one piece may occupy each square. Landing on a square with an opponents piece sends that piece back to their start.

Landing on a rosette gives an extra roll of the dice, during which you may move any piece (not just the one that landed on the rosette.)

Landing on the central rosette is safe, giving that piece immunity from capture while it is there.

Pieces are bourne off by moving them, by exact count, to the exit arrow on the right.

First player to have all their pieces exit the board, wins.
