Over the course of the game, you want to be able to build the hexes (Rooms in the hospital). As well as your administration or staff. Which give you extra meeple. You want to balance out the number meeple to the hexes. Or you will have more people than rooms. You can only will put one person per hexagon. If there is a staff or room I know I won’t be using, it may be very helpful to discard those extras for a blood bag. (You can only gain one blood bag per round). Try to discharge as many dice as you can each round as more will keep coming in. However, if you can save some for a “big” or final round. You get more points the more you discharge.
