• If you're not the first one to finish a plan, consider creating parks (up to 42 points) and pools (up to 36 points).
• The distribution of numbers is as follows:
  • 3 1s, 2s, 14s, and 15s
  • 4 3s and 13s
  • 5 4s and 12s
  • 6 5s and 11s
  • 7 6s and 10s
  • 8 7s and 9s
  • 9 8s
