Soda Jerk
Overview
Soda Jerk is a quick card game of flavor manipulation and hidden information.
Each round:
- Players place Flavor cards face-down below the 5 taps
- Players later flip cards to reveal their effects
- Matching flavors increase a tap’s value
- Non-matching flavors decrease it
At the end of each round:
- Players score the cards remaining in their hand based on each flavor’s final value
After 3 rounds:
- The player with the highest total score wins.
Goal
Mix matching flavors to make the cards in your hand worth more...
...or sour the batch for everyone else.

Cards remain hidden until flipped.
Flavor Values
At each tap:
- Matching flavor cards increase the value

Only the player who placed the card knows its effect until revealed.
Action 2: Flip a Flavor
Choose any face-down card below any tap.
- Flip it face-up
Once flipped:
- It remains face-up for the rest of the round
All players now know its effect.

Strategy Tips
- Sometimes hurting a flavor is stronger than helping your own.
- Hidden cards create bluffing opportunities.
- Flipping a card may reveal useful information—or end the round early.
- Keeping valuable flavors in hand can create huge swings.
