CLAUDE.md -> AGENTS.md

Since it is only used by Claude, the more practical way is to have an AGENTS.md file.

If you are using Claude then create the CLAUDE.md file as simple symlink to the AGENTS.md file.

I have given my AGENTS.md file the two framework files

_ide_helper.php
bga-framework.d.ts

And also some information about the workflow, so it does not need to look up the documentation all the time.
