To build a truly legendary wildlife preserve, you’ve got to master the "double extension"—try to snag tiles with two habitat types that grow two of your corridors simultaneously. In the early game (rounds 1-5), focus on grabbing a couple of nature tokens; they’re your "get out of jail free" cards for when the market doesn't go your way. As you move into the mid-game, aim for efficiency by making sure every animal scores at least 3 points, and don't be afraid to leave a low-scoring animal alone if it means you aren't forced to throw a tile away. By the home stretch, your big mission is connectivity—ensure your corridors for each terrain type are fully linked to maximize those end-game bonuses and deny your opponents theirs.
