Are you suppoed to be able to move stones from the purple chakra to the Bhagya bubble at the top?

The BGA implementation does not allow this. But while the Bhagya bubbles aren't chakra, it's not at all clear that this isn't supposed to happen; the rules just talk about moving between chkra but obviously youcan move from the Bhagya bubbles to chakra, so why not back (if you need to to rearrange your energies)?
