Your goal is to attract more workers and develop trade routes.

Going to the Beneficial Deeds board gets you coins/points and trims your bag down so you can get what you want. Couples nicely with #1 when you don’t need those workers anymore.

Technology tiles are nice, but remember that acquiring the workers that could go on those spots gets you the worker AND the benefit.
