Goal of the game

Cross the board before your opponent does!

Rules

Players have to play connections to make a path connecting their two sides of the board.

One of the players has to connect the top with the bottom, while the other player has to connect left to right.

Each turn, a player places one connection. These connections are made between two dots of the players color. A connection can not cross an already existing connection.

The first player to make a path between their sides wins the game!

Random initialisation variant

This option allows for a few random moves to be made randomly before starting the game, introducing a bit of randomness to the game.

Bridges variant

This variant gives a slight chance for the players to receive a bridge. Players can choose to play this bridge or to change it for a regular connection. A bridge can be played over an existing connection of your opponent.
