The chance of getting a certain plot color is not the same for all tiles. There are:
- 11 Green (5 blank, 2 watershed, 2 fertilizer, 2 enclosure)
- 9 Yellow (6 blank, 1 watershed, 1 fertilizer, 1 enclosure)
- 7 Pink (4 blank, 1 watershed, 1 fertilizer, 1 enclosure)
Collect as much bamboo as you can, even if you don't have an objective for that color. You may gain one in the future.
Try to have 5 objective cards in hand at all times. This means your first two actions should be "Objective" and "Irrigation".
Watch your opponents' moves. If you can identify the objective they seem to be trying to fulfill, sabotage or delay them.
If you get to choose weather type, the best to choose in the early stages is "rain".
Be efficient. A single action should help in accomplishing more than one objective.
