Overview

The aim is to cause your opponent 1-3 damage (depending on game length) by taking and holding control of the columns

Ownership

You are either the sun or the moon player decided by a card which can be played as normal but will always be in your hand, and the side of the central cards will demonstrate whether it is currently owned by the moon or the sun player

The cards start off horizontal to show they are owned by no one, even though they will show the sun face, then get turned and either flipped or not depending on who wins them

At the start of each round, they are placed all on the same side (sun/moon) to show who starts the round, then are flipped when they revert to neutral at the start of a new round (i.e. Sun will be first player round 1, Moon will be first player round 2)

Turns

First off, each player draws 5 cards then may discard one to redraw one

Next, the players take it in turns playing a single card from their hand until all are played

Each lane's winner is then decided

Playing A Card

Pick a lane and play a card on your side of that lane

Each lane can hold a maximum of 2 of each players' cards

Generally, cards are played face up, but the Stealth power lets cards be played face down and revealed during resolution

If the card has a placement ability, perform this when it is played

Resolution of Lanes

Compare the lanes from the lane whose card holds the smallest number to the lane which holds the largest number, in this manner all three lanes may not need to be resolved for their to be a winner

For each lane, do the following in order:

Reveal any facedown cards

Apply any combat abilities

Calculate power of each side, this may either be an actual number or there may be diamonds at the top banner of a card (these diamonds are replaced with the number of the central lane card to create their final value, but the central lane card's value may have been manipulated by other cards, and may even be a negative!)

Whoever wins the lane, claims it, if they already claim it, their opponent suffers 1 damage

If the compared power is identical, nothing happens

Round End

If no one has won, i.e. caused 1-3 damage as pre-determined by the game length, then ALL unit cards are cleared, the Creep card is returned to its owner, and a new round begins with the other player being the first player
