* Each player begins with a car, '''6 dice''', and '''3 lap discs''' in their pit box.

* After each roll, you may choose to '''stop''' or '''roll another die'''.
* '''Success (no duplicate numbers):''' Sum all rolled dice values and move your car forward exactly that many spaces along the track.
* '''Duplicate number on a straight track:''' Your turn ends immediately and your car does not move.
* '''Duplicate number on a corner:''' Your car '''crashes'''! Flip your car belly-up, lose one die to your pit box, and end your turn.

==Bumping and Collisions==

* When your car ends its movement on a space occupied by another car on a straight section, you '''bump''' that car forward 1 space. Cascading bumps occur if multiple cars are adjacent.
* If a car is bumped into a corner, it crashes!
* Cars already sitting on corners cannot be pushed forward; if another car enters or bumps that corner, a collision occurs and cars crash.

==Special Features & Items==

* '''Shortcut:''' Once per race, you may steer through the shortcut to save distance. Using the shortcut expends your shortcut cylinder.
* '''Turbine:''' Extra speed boost forward.
* '''Rocket:''' Target and disrupt vehicles ahead of you.
* '''Bomb & Oil Spill:''' Drop hazards behind you on the track.
* '''Wrench:''' Instantly repair and recover a lost die.

==Winning the Race==

Each time you cross the finish line after completing a circuit, remove one lap disc from your box. The first player to remove all 3 discs wins the Grand Prix! Remaining players continue racing to determine podium positions.

Goal

nestorgames GP is a high-speed Formula racing game designed by Néstor Romeral Andrés. Players control racecars circling asphalt circuits, pushing their luck with dice to overtake rivals, drafting, using weapons and gadgets, and avoiding fatal high-speed corner crashes to be the first driver to complete 3 laps (or the chosen target lap count) and take the checkered flag!

Components & Hazards

Component Visual Role & Effect
Red Formula Car High-speed racing machine. Flips upside-down when crashed.
Blue Formula Car Competitor racecar. Bumping into cars shoves them down the track.
Speed Die (D6) Roll one by one to determine movement speed (up to 6 dice).
Rocket Fired before driving at a car ahead in a straight line; roll ≥ distance to hit and crash it.
Wrench Use before rolling: instantly flip your car upright and restore all 6 dice.
Turbo Boost Use before rolling: your single highest die rolled counts twice this turn.
Bomb / Mine Hazard on track: drive over it and roll 1–3 to trigger an explosion, crash, and lose 1 die.
Oil Spill Hazard on track: stopping on an oil spill causes your car to slide to the next corner and crash.

Race Setup & Qualifying

  • At the beginning of the race, drivers make a qualifying roll to determine grid positions.
  • Each player starts in their designated grid stall with 6 dice and 3 lap discs.

Turn Sequence

If your car is currently crashed (belly-up), your turn is spent righting the car: click to flip it upright and pass the turn without movement (unless using a Wrench ).

Otherwise, choose one of two options:

1. Fix Your Car

Instead of driving, you may retrieve 1 lost die from your pit box back into your active dice pool. Your car remains stationary this round.

2. Drive (Push Your Luck Rolling)

Roll your dice one at a time, up to your total available dice count:

  • After each die roll, decide whether to Stop or Roll Another Die.
  • Safe Driving (No Duplicates): If you stop with all distinct numbers rolled, sum the face values and advance your car forward along the track spaces by that exact total.
  • Spinout on a Straight (Duplicate Number): If you roll a number already rolled earlier this turn while entering or travelling on a straight, your engine stalls! Your turn ends immediately and your car stays in place without moving.
  • Crash on a Corner (Duplicate Number): If you roll a duplicate while your move enters or navigates a red-and-white corner section, your car crashes! Flip your car belly-up, lose 1 die to the pit box, and immediately end your turn.

Bumping, Collisions, and Drafting

  • Bumping on Straights: If your car ends its movement on an occupied space on a straight section, you bump that car forward 1 space. If that space is also occupied, a chain reaction bumps subsequent cars forward.
  • Corner Collisions: If a car is bumped into a corner cell, or lands on a car occupying a corner, both cars crash!
  • Drafting (Slipstream): Starting your turn directly behind another car grants aerodynamic slipstream bonuses.

Winning the Grand Prix

Each time your car crosses the finish line at the end of a full circuit, you clear 1 lap. The first driver to complete all 3 laps wins the Grand Prix! Remaining racers complete the current lap to determine podium placements.
