- When in doubt; build a fence. Estates larger than 6 don't give any points.
- If you're not the first one to finish a plan, consider creating parks (up to 42 points) and pools (up to 36 points).
- Estates whose value has been increased by real estate agents are often worth more than second-place points for a city plan.
- The distribution of numbers is as follows:
