Turn

The round is split into five phases, each of which is completed by every player before moving to the next, the phases are:

Production

Action

Count

Clean

Lookout

First, reveal 5 new cards from the draw deck

After which, players take turns taking a new card

Depending on the player count, this has a few variations which mainly add moments where new cards are dealt to the display

During this phase only, a player has a 10 card hand limit

If a player already has 10 cards, then they must choose a card from the display to discard instead of drawing it

At most, a player will gain 2 seen cards from this phase

Any cards left in the display at the end are discarded

Finally, every player draws 1 blind card from the draw deck

Production

First, each base produces 3 workers and one resources as depicted on it

Second, each Agreement produces resources shown in the blue area

Third, players may discard Spoils to gain the resources shown in the red area

Fourth, Locations produce the resources depicted in the central area

Action

In a clockwise order, each player takes a single action or passes, if you pass then you cannot take another action. Continue like this until everyone has Passed.
