Calling bluffs
As bluffing is a less risky move than calling the bluff, only call bluffs on the following occasions:
1. You have in your hand the claimed protein card that is being discarded by the opponent
2. A player has recently discarded or cooked using the claimed protein
3. A player has very few cards in hand and claims to have 2 copies of the same vegetables
