Set Up
Players take turns first placing their bungalow then their 6 trailers.
Bungalows may not be placed immediately adjacent to the pool or to another player's bungalow.
A fence will be placed automatically between the two pieces if a trailer is placed orthogonally adjacent to another player's piece.
Once all trailers have been placed, the three mystery tokens (2 Ice Creams and 1 Grumpy Old Man) will be revealed.
Game Play
1. Movement - players have a total 2 movements divided between trailers or Grumpy Old Many. Fences will be placed automatically when your trailer is moved immediately next to your opponent's bungalow or trailer.
2. Add a fence - players can add a fence anywhere in the playground.
