You need “The Quacks of Quedlinburg” to play “The Alchemists.” (We recommend that you only combine “The Alchemists” with the basic game at first. Once you have gained some experience of playing this game extension, you can also combine it with “The Herb Witches.”) As alchemists, you receive visits from patients suffering from all kinds of weird and wonderful conditions.
