Force opponents to pick up cards by limiting their playing options.

Examples:

- Play matching colors next to one another to limit the colors your opponent can play.

- If The Curse is not on...Play matching weights to limit the weights your opponent can play.

- Play low weight cards to limit the weights your opponent can play.
