Snakes and Ladders: Extreme Jungle Edition Rules: Each player starts with 2 dice. If your current score is the lowest, you are granted an extra die. At the beginning of each player's turn, the dice are rolled. You will choose 1 die and 1 of your elephants to advance. Your chosen elephant will move forwards as many steps as the chosen die shows. If you land at the bottom of a ladder, climb to the top of the ladder and stop. If you land on a snake head, slide down the snake to its bottom and stop. Only one elephant or mouse can be on a square. If you land on an opponent's elephant, that elephant will be pushed forward until it meets a snake and slides down. If the pushed elephant also lands on another elephant/mouse, that elephant/mouse will be pushed forward. If you land on your own elephant, it will be pushed forward 1 step. The ripple effect of this rule may cause many elephants/mice to move. If an elephant or mouse is pushed for a second time it will take only 1 step forwards. When you land on the 100 square, that elephant's journey is finished and it moves up to the winner's area to graze and observe the struggle below. To reach the 100 square, you must roll exactly the remaining distance to the end. When the last of your elephants makes it to the end, you win, and the game is over. Chaos Mice start at the top of the board and move down the board, in the opposite direction that the elephants are moving. All the chaos mice move once per round after the first player has finished their turn. They climb Ladders and slide down Snakes in the same way as the elephants. Each mouse will roll between 2 and 6 steps and then move. If a chaos mouse lands on another mouse or elephant, the same push ahead rules will be applied. Once a mouse makes it down to the bottom of the board, it jumps back up to the top to repeat its journey. Options: 2-7 Elephants per player. 4-8 Chaos Mice. Different board layouts.
