The BGA implementation does not allow this. But while the Bhagya bubbles aren't chakra, it's not at all clear that this isn't supposed to happen; the rules just talk about moving between chkra but obviously youcan move from the Bhagya bubbles to chakra, so why not back (if you need to to rearrange your energies)?"
