As the rules are not very clear to exactly when to check the Artifacts, here is what have been decided by the publisher for the BGA implementation :
Actions flow : (optional Trade) => Action => check artifacts (except weathervane / amulet) => (optional Trade) => check artifacts weathervane / amulet
