Actions
Gather
You can gather 3 of the same or 2 different resources. You can't gather gems or magic potions unless you have the Gem Workshop or Magic Arcaeanum.
Craft
You can craft one or both items on a quest, but crafting only one will tie up one of your (only two) guild sigils, until the quest is finished.
Treasure cards are distributed after a quest is complete (all items are crafted), and the first person to craft for that quest will collect it next to their board.
Expand
If you choose Expand, you can build a room, hire a specialist, or do both (in either order). This costs gold.
