===Overview===

Manage the market whilst making sure to keep hold of high value destinations

Each destination has 11 cards, 10 numbered 3 to 12, then one extra depending on the color: grey 8, blue 7, yellow 6, green 5 and red 4, making a total of 55 cards. In two and three player games cards with value 10,11,12 are removed.

Depending on number of players a set number of cards are removed (without revealing) at a set start of game and cards are drawn to Market.
Draft 1 of 3 cards into your hand, then pass the remaining

Draft 1 of the 2 cards into your hand, then the remaining goes into the central Market

In two player games at the end of the round the top card of the deck is revealed and placed into the central Market.
===Game End===

The game ends when the deck runs out

Out of all the 5 destinations, the three in the Market with the highest score will score positively

Whilst the 2 in the Market with the lowest score will score negatively

Reveal your hand cards and score each according to its value and whether it is a positive or negative scoring destination as depicted by the Market

The player with the most points, wins!

Arrange the values strategically to score with the colors.

== Goal of the game ==

Create your play area by arranging the cards in front of you as strategically as possible.

* Adhere to the conditions associated with the values to maintain your cards.
* Score points with your color sets.

Be careful, cards that do not meet the conditions will cause you to lose points!

== Materials ==

* Rules
* 108 cards divided into 4 colors. Yellow, red, blue, green.
* 3 cards 1, 6 cards 2, 8 cards 3, 10 cards 4 of which 3 have a butterfly.
* 4 starting ‘’violet’’ cards for the « Summer » variant
* A scorebook
* 1 template card for forming stacks based on the number of players :
** 1 player: about 40 cards per stack
** 2 players: about 26 cards per stack
** 3 players: about 30 cards per stack
** 4 players: no template, all cards

== Setup ==

Each person randomly selects a card and places it in their play area, face up. Create three decks by making three identical (or nearly identical) stacks.

For 2 or 3 players, use the appropriate templates.

For 4 players, there is no template; use all the cards in the game.

Flip the top card from two of the three decks.

One deck remains face down.

Designate the player who starts the game.

== Game play ==

FLOWERS is played in turns in a clockwise direction.

On their turn, the player draws a card and places it in their play area.

=== 1. Pick a card ===

The player, whose turn it is, draws a card of their choice from the top of one of the three stacks.

They can draw either one of the two face-up cards or the one face-down. If it's a face-up card, the next player turns over a new card on that stack so that there are always two visible cards and one hidden.

Note that the face-down stack remains hidden until the end of the game.

=== 2. Place ===
The player places the card in their play area:

* either next to a card already played (touching on at least 1 side)
* or on top of a card already played to cover it.

== End of the game ==
When a player draws the last card from one of the 3 stacks, they finish their turn by placing that card.

The game ends immediately, and the scoring phase begins.

== Scoring ==
To score points at the end of the game, you must have successfully created areas of the same color with at least 5 adjacent cards.

However, you must also have formed valid groups of cards by adhering to the success condition:

* A '4' must be part of a group of exactly four '4's.
* A '3' must be part of a group of exactly three '3's.
* A '2' must be part of a group of exactly two '2's.
* A '1' must not be adjacent to another '1' and thus forms a group of one '1'.

Cards not part of a valid group will be discarded at the end of the game and result in point loss.

=== 1. Discarded cards ===
Discarded cards are those that do not belong to a valid group.

Remove them from your play area.

Each discarded card results in a loss of one point.

=== 2. Victory points ===
For each color family with a minimum of 5 adjacent cards, count 1 point per visible card.

=== 3. Butterflies ===
1 point for each butterfly adjacent to a card of its color.

Example: 1 point if the green butterfly on yellow '4' is adjacent to any green card.

'''IMPORTANT :'''

The written values are not points. It's always 1 point per card.

Covered cards do not count for scoring points; however, they count as -1 per card when discarded along with the one on top.

To win ''Oxono'', you must be the first player to align 4 pawns of the same color (no matter the symbols) or 4 pawns of the same symbol (no matter the color) orthogonally.

Choose a totem (X or O) to play at your turn. Then move it as many spaces as you want in a vertical or horizontal row of the board (36 squares). Once you have placed a totem on its destination square, you must immediately place one of your pawns with the same symbol as the totem you just moved (X or O) on an orthogonally adjacent free space around the totem's new position.

If all adjacent spaces around the totem are occupied, place one of your pieces of the same symbol as the totem on any empty space on the game board.

You have 16 pieces total, 8 X and 8 O.

When a player align 4 pieces of the same color or the same symbol orthogonally, the game ends.
