- No valid action available for a player when playing Growth

Some players have reported an issue when playing Growth or Convergence including Growth and abandoned the game. At a given moment the active player apparently has no actions available as the copy/copies in the active era are blocked. When no actions are available the game normally will inform of the case and move to the Shift focus action, but in this case if there are seeds available the player has two valid actions: plant seed and then remove the same seed. Doing this the game will continue normally.
