Jordijansen: Add section about differences between BGA implementation and the Physical game

== Differences between the BGA implementation and the Physical game ==

=== 1. Initial Captain, Cards and Resources selection ===
In the BGA implementation, you select the Captain you play, the cards you start with (4 out of 8) and your additional starting resources (unless you're the starting player) all at once. Once all players have made their selection its all revealed to the other players. If you follow the rules to the letter, selecting starting resources should happen after Captain + Card selection. This results in a faster set-up phase, and players can start playing more quickly.

=== 2. VP track ===
In the BGA implementation, your score marker will stop moving on the score track once it reaches 50 points. You can still gain aditional points during the game but your marker wont move any further. Your score marker will always reflect your current VP value in side the marker. In the physical game you would take another lap around the track, but this can be confusing for some players as you don't gain additional bonuses from the track by taking another lap.

== Game Overview ==
As explorers, we scout a mysterious island to discover rare creatures and settle them in our reserve. The game blends worker placement (crew members) with engine building (creature cards). The core mechanic is collecting icons on cards to fulfill scientific goals (Achievements).

== Core Concept: Icons & Eggs ==
* '''Icons:''' Each card in your reserve shows icons (e.g., Magnifier, Paw). These are required for achievements but are '''not spent'''.
* '''Eggs:''' These act as wild icons. When used for an achievement, flip them to the "hatched" side (they stay in your reserve but lose their wild property).

== Gameplay ==
On your turn, perform exactly '''1''' of these '''4''' actions:

=== 1. Deploy Crew Member (Explore) ===
Place your crew member so it straddles the line between two hex tiles.
* '''Cost:''' Plains are free. Mountains cost '''1''' resource of your choice.
* '''Gain:''' From all adjacent habitats (hexes), you may EITHER take '''1''' resource OR take '''1''' matching creature card from the Wilderness (market) into your hand.
* '''Bonus:''' Collect all eggs on the two hexes covered by your crew member. Activate any action icons on those hexes.

=== 2. Play Cards (Expand Reserve) ===
Play up to '''2''' cards from your hand into your reserve.
* '''Cost:''' Pay the resources printed in the top-left corner of the card.
* '''Effects:''' "Instant" lightning bolts trigger once. "Permanent" infinity symbols are active from now on. "Recharge" icons only trigger during the "Recharge" action.

=== 3. Claim Achievement ===
Choose one of the '''3''' face-up achievements.
* '''Requirement:''' Your reserve must display all required icons (on cards or eggs).
* '''Reward:''' Take a trophy (victory points), place your marker, and unlock your Captain ability. You cannot play any more cards during this turn.

=== 4. Recharge (Reset) ===
Only possible if all '''3''' of your crew members are on the board.
* '''Retrieve:''' Return all figures to your supply.
* '''Time Stone:''' Advance the time stone. If it reaches an egg symbol, replenish eggs on the board and refresh the card market (Wilderness).
* '''Effects:''' Activate all cards in your reserve that have a "Recharge" icon. Hand limit: '''5'''.

== End of Game & Scoring ==
The game ends when a player takes the last trophy and finishes their turn, and then every other player has taken one more turn.

Final scoring adds points for the following:
* Creatures in your reserve with an end game ability
* Creatures in your reserve with an end game score
* Achievements
* 3 points per trophy
* 1 point for every 4 leftover resources and/or butterfly nets
BGA always shows the cumulative instant score for all players (with a brown icon) during the game. If Live Scoring is enabled, you will also see the total score (with a red icon).

== Tag Team is an auto battler and a deckbuilder... '''with a twist!'''==

'''What’s a deckbuilder?''' A deckbuilder allows you to add cards to your personal deck during the course of the game, making it stronger and more effective against your adversary.

'''What’s an auto battler?''' An auto battler starts with a preparation phase full of choices, followed by a fight phase where players can no longer change anything. You just have to see how it plays out

'''What’s the twist?''' In Tag Team, you’ll never shuffle your deck. You’ll strategically add cards to it without changing the order of the cards already there!

In Tag Team, '''players will combine the unique decks of 2 Fighters to battle against their opponent over a series of Rounds.''' You’ll start with a Fight deck composed of only 2 cards (one for each of your Fighters).

'''• It’s time to Fight!''' Simultaneously reveal one card at a time, and follow the instructions on the cards. When your 2 cards have been
played, it’s the end of the Round.

'''• Now you Build!''' Draw 3 cards from your Build deck (composed of your 2 Fighters’ decks) and add one of those cards to your Fight deck without changing the order of cards already there... Will your Attack card line up with your Opponent’s Block, or avoid it?

• A new Round begins, you Fight again, but this time the Round will be 3 cards long. Fight and Build until one is KO!

Some effects let passive players gain something out of turn (for example, a resource or an optional move on the Queens Favor track); these benefits occur at the start of that player's turn (instead of immediately). Also, if a worker is bumped (and does not hibernate), the bumped player can decide to add the worker to their active pool or landing area at the start of their next turn. '''Treasure Cards'''

Collecting Treasure is the primary way of scoring Coins. The Coin values range from 1 to 4. There are six types of Treasure. By collecting sets of Treasure you can gain rewards from Collectors.

'''Servant Dice'''

Claim Treasure cards by placing Servant dice on them. Placing higher values may ward off opponents but can leave your Servants exhausted.

'''Player Card'''

Unexhausted Servant Dice are kept on your player card.

'''Torch Cards'''

Starting with the Leader, each player gets one turn to claim Treasure cards by placing Servant dice on them. The player with the Lights Out card will have the last turn. On the last turn, this player can only place Servants on one Treasure card.

'''Collector Cards'''

Each Collector defines the reward for one of the six Treasure types. By collecting the required number of Treasure cards you can gain bonus Coins at game end or special actions during play. Multiple players can receive the same reward from a Collector. Collectors have A and B sides with alternate rewards for game variety. You may play with any combination of A and B sides.

<h2>How To Play</h2>
Crypt is played in a series of rounds until the deck runs out of Treasure Cards. Each round has 4 phases:

'''I. Reveal'''

Treasure Cards are revealed from the Treasure Card deck according to the number of players. This is a mix of face-up and face-down cards.

'''II. Claim'''

Starting with the Leader and continuing to the left, each player performs one of the two actions:

''1. Claim Treasure cards''

Place any number of Servants onto the desired Treasure cards, choosing any value on the die to designate each Servant’s effort. (The higher the value, the more likely your Servant will become exhausted.) You may also place multiple Servants on the same Treasure card as long as they have the same effort value.

Subsequent players may claim unoccupied Treasure cards or push an opponent’s Servants off of a card by placing dice with a higher total effort value. When pushing out Servants, remove all dice from the Treasure card and return them to their owner.

The player with the Lights Out card takes the last turn. When claiming on the last turn, you can only place Servants on one Treasure card. In a 2-player game, the Leader also has the Lights Out card and therefore gets a second turn to claim or recover.

''2. Recover all exhausted Servants''
Take all your exhausted Servants from the exhausted servants area and return them to your Player card. Note: that this action will be automatically performed if you have no servants left on your player card and you have no other means to recover them.

'''III. Collect'''

Unclaimed treasure is discarded. All Servant Dice that are on Treasure Cards are rolled. Each die that rolls less than its effort value is exhausted and placed in the exhausted servant's area. Regardless of dice results you always collect the Treasure Cards that your servants claimed. Collected Treasure Cards are placed face-down in your personal player area. Once you have enough Treasure Cards of a type to activate a Collector you will be automatically provided with an option to activate them (any time, before claim phase, etc.). When you activate a collector the cards used are flipped face-up. '''If all your placed Servants were pushed out, you're exhausted servants are automatically recovered.'''

'''IV. Pass the Torch'''

Torch Cards are passed to the left.

== Game End ==
When the Treasure deck runs out, the current round is completed. This ends the game. The player with the most Coins wins.

Players’ final scores are determined by adding the following:

# Coins on Treasure cards ''(including flipped cards)''
# Bonus Coins from Collectors
# Coin for each unexhausted Servant die

In case of a tie, each tied player rolls all of their unexhausted Servant dice and adds them together. Re-roll ties. The player with the higher result wins.
