CalculatorStore: Added sections to /* Core Concepts */

===Goal===

Score 60 points at the end of a round or have the the most points at the end of round 10 by summoning creatures from your hand
===Core Concepts===

==== Cards ====
There is no hand limit.
The maximum number of cards a player can have in their summoning area is equal to the current round. Additional spots are added every round, cards may also be removed from the summoning area by spending magic stones.
A card has a family, which determines how much it can be sold for and other effects.

Each card has one of 3 types of effect:
* Instant (lightning bolt '''⚡︎'''): Triggers only when the card is being summoned.
* Permanent (infinity ∞): Activates always after the card has been summoned.
* Active (hourglass '''⌛︎'''): Activates once per round during the Resolution Phase.

==== Magic Stones ====
Magic Stones are the currency used to summon and remove cards. A Red Stone is worth 1, a Blue Stone is worth 3, a Purple Stone is worth 6.

Magic stones are limited to a quantity of 4 regardless of their value (e.g. 4 red 1s or 4 purple 6s). If a player exceeds this limit, they must keep 4 magic stones and discard the rest. This decision must be made before taking any other actions.

Magic Stones cannot be freely traded to make room for others, e.g. if you have 4 red 1s, you cannot trade 3 of them for 1 blue 3. If a player overspends their magic stones, they cannot make change e.g. using a purple 6 for something that costs 4 does not grant you 2 red 1s back.

==== Points ====
Due to various effects, players can gain or lose points throughout the game, although minimum score at any time is 0 (i.e. no negatives). The Game ends when a player has 60 points at the end of a round or at the end of the 10th round.
===Hunting Phase===

To start the round, each player drafts two cards

First card is drafted clockwise from start player, second card is drafted anticlockwise from last player (this means the last player drafts both their cards at once essentially)
===Turn===

On your turn, you take as many of the actions as many times as desired

After all players have done this, the action phase ends

The actions are: Sell, Tame, Summon, Remove

'''Sell''' - Pick a card you chose during the Hunting Phase and discard it, receive Magic Stones based on its family (this is NOT its cost). Red Fire gives 3 Red Stones, Blue Water gives 1 Blue Stones, Green Earth gives 4 Red Stones, Pink Wind gives 1 Red & 1 Blue stone, Purple Dragon gives 1 Purple Stone
'''Tame''' - Pick a card you chose during the Hunting Phase and put it into your hand

'''Summon''' - If you have open areas, you may pay the cost of a card and place it into your playing area, this cost may be reduced by the effect of cards already in your playing area. After which, resolve any instant effects if it has one.

'''Remove''' - You may remove a card from your own playing area at the cost of the current round, e.g. in round 2 the cost is 2
===Resolution Phase===

In turn order, each player can activate each active effect on their cards in their playing area once each, in any order. Card effects must be used if player meets the card criteria.

Recover is a keyword that puts a summoned card back in the owner’s hand. If no specific target is described, the card recovers itself.
===Game End===

The game ends if at end of round a player reaches 60 points or it is the 10th round, if neither of these happen then start a new round with a new start player

The player with the most points wins!

If tied, the player with the most summoned cards wins!

On your turn, you take as many of the actions as many times as desired

After all players have done this, the action phase ends

The actions are: Sell, Tame, Summon, Remove

Sell - Pick a card you chose during the Hunting Phase and discard it, receive Magic Stones based on its family (this is NOT its cost). Red Fire gives 3 Red Stones, Blue Water gives 1 Blue Stones, Green Earth gives 4 Red Stones, Pink Wind gives 1 Red & 1 Blue stone, Purple Dragon gives 1 Purple Stone

Tame - Pick a card you chose during the Hunting Phase and put it into your hand

Summon - If you have open areas, you may pay the cost of a card and place it into your playing area, this cost may be reduced by the effect of cards already in your playing area. After which, resolve any instant effects if it has one.

Remove - You may remove a card from your own playing area at the cost of the current round, e.g. in round 2 the cost is 2

===Resolution Phase===

In turn order, each player can activate each active effect on their cards in their playing area once each, in any order. Card effects must be used if player meets the card criteria.

Recover is a keyword that puts a summoned card back in the owner’s hand. If no specific target is described, the card recovers itself.

===Game End===

The game ends if at end of round a player reaches 60 points or it is the 10th round, if neither of these happen then start a new round with a new start player

The player with the most points wins!

If tied, the player with the most summoned cards wins!

CalculatorStore: /* Drafting */ stated that all cards were taken. This is not true in a 2 player game.

You are leading an expanding Empire. You must choose the path that will get you to develop faster and better than your competitors.

== Playing ==

It's a Wonderful World is played in 4 rounds with three phases each: first Drafting, then Planning, and finally Production.

== Drafting ==

In a 3+ player game, 7 cards are dealt to each player. In a 2 player game 10 cards are dealt instead. All players simultaneously draft a single card from their hand and then reveal them. Remaining cards are passed and drafting repeats until 7 cards are drafted by each player (in a 2 player game some cards will be left over).

== Planning ==

Then players will choose which drafted cards to:

* '''keep for building'''

and which to

* '''recycle''' (discard) for cubes (shown bottom-right). Cubes gained are placed onto kept cards to pay for their building cost (upper-left) or on starting Empire card where 5 will immediately be converted to a single red (wild) cube to be used on demand. Non-red cubes on the starting card may only be used to make a red cube.

When all costs are paid the card may be added into player's Empire tableau (tokens on card are discarded) and any bonus (if any shown bottom-middle of image above the bottom bar) is gained to player's Empire card.

Note that any incomplete card may be discarded to gain its recycle cube to your Empire card at any time. Resource cube placed on a recycled card are returned to the supply.

== Production ==

Each production phase is sequence grey, black, green, yellow, and finally blue cube production sectors. Each of those productions have three parts.

*1. produce cubes of a color - each player produces cubes of current color according to what is shown in the bottom bar of cards in Empire tableau.
*2. award highest production - single player with the highest production of current color gains one character token (each with 1 vp) matching the icon shown for that sector. Blue Financier for grey/yellow, red General for black/blue, and winning player's choice for green.
*3. place cubes - as during drafting cubes are placed on incomplete cards and completed cards may immediately be built and added to Empire tableau.

Sector production is repeated for each color ending with blue which ends the round.

== End of round ==

Incomplete cards remain. If not round 4, each player gets new set of cards to restart drafting but passing in the opposite player order.

== Scoring ==

Besides 1 point per character token, many cards have some victory points in lower left corner. Some score by other types of cards added to Empire (see bottom-right icons). The player with the most points wins. Ties broken by having most Empire cards and then most character tokens.

CalculatorStore: tried to use the same language in overview and Turn sections and avoid ambiguity of using row as horizontal vs any line. grouped rules with bullets for additional notes (not sure if they will show up correctly on the main page)

===Overview===

Take turns placing one of your Kittens onto the bed, in any open space available (stitched squares). Graduate your Kittens into Cats by forming a 3-in-a-row line (horizontally, vertically or diagonally). Then line up 3 of your Cats to form another 3-in-a-row to WIN the game! But it isn’t that simple...
===Turn===

On your turn, place a cat/kitten which will in turn boop (push) any adjacent pieces (horizontally, vertically or diagonally) one space away as long as the space the booped piece would move to isn't already filled.

* Cats are stronger than Kittens, so Kittens can't boop Cats but Cats can boop Kittens and other Cats
* If a boop causes a piece to leave the board, it is removed from the gameboard and returned to the owner's supply to bring back later
* Only the piece played this turn can boop, i.e. no chain reaction boops

After resolving any boops, check to see if you have any sets of Cats and/or Kittens that form a 3-in-a-row line:

* If any sets are all Cats you win the game
* If you have a set of all kittens or a mixture of cats and kittens, remove one of these sets from the gameboard and your supply gains 3 Cats. Note in case of a mixture all cats and kittens are still removed, with the kittens replaced by cats before being returned to your pool. If you have multiple groups of 3-in-a-row, only ONE group can be aged each turn

If (after playing) all 8 of your pieces are still on the board:

* If all pieces are cats you win
* Otherwise if you can't make a line of 3 Kittens, one Kitten or Cat of your choosing is removed from the game and you gain a single Cat to your supply.

== IDEA OF THE GAME ==

Will you be the most discerning bird? The tropical forest is full of tasty fruits, but be careful: some may not actually be that good for you … Harvest the best fruits and use toucan cards wisely to protect your collection… or to steal from your opponents!

== GOAL OF THE GAME ==

Collect fruit cards, earn points and get the most points to win.

== SETTING UP THE GAME ==

* Set the toucans aside. Shuffle all other cards, and divide them into 2 decks.

* Shuffle the 12 toucan cards with one of the decks, then place the other deck on top to form a draw pile.

* Lay out 3 cards face up to start 3 columns then add another face-up card on the middle column. Place the draw pile next to the face up cards.

== HOW TO PLAY ==

Players take turns clockwise. When it is your turn, pick 1 column and take all of its cards. Place the cards face up in front of you. It is recommended to group identical fruit cards together.

Toucan cards give the players access to special abilities. If you take a toucan card, use its effect '''immediately''' and discard it afterwards. If you take 2 or more toucan cards, use their effects in the order of your choice.

The turn ends with adding one card to each column from the draw pile, always in the same order: start with the column nearest to the draw pile and finish with the farthest.

== END OF THE GAME ==

Play until there is only 1 column left on the table (every player should have played the same number of turns). Discard the remaining column of cards.

'''Note:''' when the draw pile is empty, the last players take cards without adding to the columns. Consequently, the last player will have a choice between 2 columns, not 3.

Count up the points from collected fruit cards. The player with the most points wins the game.

== FRUIT CARDS ==

=== SET FRUITS ===

The points you win for each set of fruit cards depend on the number of cards collected, as indicated on the pictogram.

The number of card piles shown on each fruit card corresponds to the total number of cards of this fruit in the game.

=== MAJORITY FRUITS ===

You win points per card depending on who has the most cards for each of these fruits. If a player has more of these fruit cards than anyone else, they score the higher point total per card. If not they score the lower point total per card. In the event of a tie all players score the lower point value per card.

=== JOKER ===

There is 1 joker card. At the end of the game, you can decide which fruit cards set you add it to. It will count as one of those fruits. You can't add it to a complete set.

== TOUCAN CARDS ==

There are 3 types of toucan cards. Toucans have special abilities. When you take one, use it immediately, then discard it and continue the game as usual. If you cannot use the effect, discard the card without using the ability. If you have more than 1 toucan card at the same time, use them in the order of your choice.

=== GIFT TOUCAN ===

Give 1 of your face-up cards to another player who cannot refuse it.

=== STEAL TOUCAN ===

Take a face-up card from another player who cannot refuse to give it to you.

=== FLIP TOUCAN ===

Flip all the fruit cards in front of you and form a single pile, face down.

'''Note:''' you cannot look at your face-down cards again once they have been flipped. They cannot be given to, or stolen by, another player.

=== Solo Game accumulating ===
There is a misprint in the "Refilling the accumulating spaces" section of the solo game rules on page 24 of the official PDF Rules:

==== Rule as written: ====
Before refilling the accumulating spaces, check if there are any spaces with '''more than 6 goods'''. Remove all the goods from all of the spaces where this is the case and return them to the general supply. For each Ruby you spend, you can prevent this from happening for one of these spaces. The goods on the accumulating spaces that you paid a Ruby for will be safe for another round. (This way an accumulating space may accumulate more than 6 goods.)

==== Corrected as: ====

=== Impact ===
In a solo game, if you end your turn with 6 (not 7) goods on a space. It will be cleared before being refilled unless a ruby is spent.
