The game lasts 8 rounds (indicated at the top by the round marker). You can hold a maximum of 8 Warriors (dice) at any one time.

Score for destiny cards (Indicated by the silver/grey circles - the person indicator shows if tied).
Sets of enemies (1 of each of the three colours) scores 5 Glory points.
Runes (Indicated by number of silver/grey glory circles) - it doesn't matter if used/unused.
Private long ships (brought during the game for money and wood).
Favour of the gods - Each is worth 2 glory points.
3 Coins = 1 Glory point
